Introduction
These terms govern your use of geoliquefy.com. The product at open.ngl.geoliquefy.com and any API access we provide are governed by separate agreements that you accept when you sign up for those services. By using geoliquefy.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About GeoLiquefy
GeoLiquefy LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. geoliquefy.com is the informational marketing site for our geohazard intelligence platform.
Permitted use
You may view and read content on the site. You may share links to the site, and you may quote or refer to content with attribution to GeoLiquefy.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Scrape the site at scale, or in any way that places undue load on our infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems
- Use the site to transmit malware, conduct phishing, or attack other systems
- Misrepresent your affiliation with GeoLiquefy
- Use the site or any content from it in any unlawful manner
The GeoLiquefy name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of GeoLiquefy LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images, the Renaissance group portrait that anchors the footer, code, and design, is owned by GeoLiquefy LLC or licensed to us. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Our white paper and any technical content remain GeoLiquefy intellectual property. You may cite them with attribution following normal academic conventions.
No professional advice
The site provides general information about geohazard intelligence and our platform. Nothing on this site constitutes engineering, geotechnical, insurance, or financial advice. Decisions about real-world infrastructure, insurance pricing, or risk management must be made by qualified, licensed professionals applying their own judgment to the specific facts of a project.
The Liquefaction Hazard Engine is a tool that supports professional judgment. It is not a substitute for it.
Third-party links
The site links to external resources, including the Mercatus Center, California Polytechnic State University, the calendar service we use for demonstration bookings, and academic and government data sources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites. When you follow a link off geoliquefy.com, the destination site's terms and privacy practices apply.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the site is limited to the greater of one hundred United States dollars or the amount you paid to GeoLiquefy in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GeoLiquefy LLC and its officers, employees, advisors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoLiquefy regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
